Auberge du Lac is celebrating its 20th anniversary!

Auberge du Lac opened its doors in 1998 and we are inviting you to celebrate the restaurants fabulous history on Wednesday 28th November.
For one night only, Phil Thompson will be joining Matt Edmonds in the kitchen for a very special six course tasting menu. Each Chef will design three courses, resulting in a fabulous combination of cooking talent!
Phil was Head Chef at Auberge du Lac from 2002 to 2013 and earned a Michelin Star during his time on the Brocket Hall Estate. He now owns Thompsons in St Albans and has featured on Masterchef – The Professionals and has a regular spot on local radio. Thompsons was awarded 3 AA rosettes this year, establishing itself as one of the leading restaurants in Hertfordshire.
Matt and Phil are excited to celebrate the past 20 years of Auberge du Lac on this evening of delicious food and fine wine.
