St Francis Hospice in Berkhamsted is seeking 20 couples who are up for the challenge of learning to dance the Paso Doble and the Charleston as part of its 2015 Strictly Learn Dancing fundraising competition

Those chosen will be given six weeks’ tuition by professional dance teachers Brian and Shirley Cusworth of the Baila-Cusworth Dance School, with lessons starting in Hemel Hempstead in January before the grand finale at Centenary Hall, Berkhamsted, on March 14.

Hospice senior community fundraiser Fran Martin said, ‘This is always one of our popular fundraising events - over the past four years it has raised well over £100k, enough to keep one of our beds open for a year.’

Competition places are limited. For details, see stfrancis.org.uk/strictly or call 01442 869555.
