TIME is running out for potential purchasers hoping to secure an apartment at Barratt Homes popular Woolens Grove development in Hoddesdon. Just three properties remain at the scheme and a marked increase in visitor numbers since the New Year combined with the addition of a furniture package worth 8,000, means they may not be around for long.

Comprising 33 two-bedroom apartments in total, Woolens Grove is located on the sought-after Hertford Road leading to Hertford Heath. The remaining apartments are exceptionally spacious and start from just 190,385. However, purchasers who take advantage of Barratt Homes first-time buyer scheme Head Start, could secure one of the last properties at the development for as little as 161,827.

Head Start is a shared equity scheme that has already helped thousands of purchasers onto the property ladder for less. Requiring a minimal five per cent deposit, purchasers at Woolens Grove only need to find a mortgage worth up to 80 per cent of the value of the property. Barratt contributes up to 15 per cent in the form of a loan which can be paid back over ten years or when the property is sold - whichever come sooner.

Along with the furniture package worth up to 8,000, all three apartments will be complete with carpets throughout. This fantastic deal means that first-time buyers can move straight in to their new apartment with out the expense of furnishing it. Alternatively, these apartments could provide an excellent buy-to-let investment, as they would be ready to let on completion with no added fuss.

Chris Scarborough, Sales Director for Barratt North London comments: The apartments at Woolens Grove have proven extremely popular and with the addition of this fantastic furniture deal, we dont expect the final few to hang around for long. I would encouarge potential purchasers to move quickly to avoid disappointment.

In addtion to the furniture package, all apartments at Woolens Grove include stylish fitted kitchens complete with a range of stainless steel integrated appliances. Bathrooms and ensuites benefit from smart white sanitarry with sleek taps and fittings.
