Restoration and conservation specialist City & Country Group held a champagne reception for the official launch of the Grade I listed Balls Park estate in Hertford. Guests were welcomed into the stunning vestibule of the 17th-century country mansion which is being transformed into 19 unique and luxurious homes, each with access to the 63 acres of private gardens and historic parkland. Guest of honour at the event on November 10 was TVs The Restoration Man George Clarke who has been working with City & Country Group since May 2011.

Guests also had the chance to view the first completed apartment in the West Wing. George said, It is fantastic to see Balls Park, one of the finest examples of Britains architecture, brought back to life by City & Country Group.
