A Rat Pack themed ball was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Stansted to raise money for Isabel Hospice and St Clare Hospice. Daniel Robinson & Sons in Bishops Stortford hosted their 8th Annual Charity Ball and raised an amazing 44,000 for the two charities. Since 1994, Daniel Robinson has successfully raised over 500,000 for charity. As ever the ball was a night to remember starting with a champagne reception, followed by a three-course meal, live Rat Pack crooners and a fabulous band. There was a wide variety of table entertainment, impersonators and lively activities all night long. Gary Neill, Managing Director of Daniel Robinson & Sons, said, Once again the evening was a fantastic success. I would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who supported the ball, and to all those who attended the evening for their generosity in helping us achieve this staggering total for the two hospices. This really will make a difference to our community. Cheques were handed over to the hospices in February.
