The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity Silk Ball was held on November 26 at the InterContinental Hotel, Park Lane, London. 350 guests from Hertfordshire, Essex and London enjoyed the evening which was hosted by the award-winning magician Michael J Fitch. During dinner, the audience was treated to performances from the Isis School of Belly Dancing and opera singer Richard Stark and then danced the night away to music from the Co Stars band. This sparkling event raised more than 45,000 to support the work of Helen Rollason Cancer Research. The charity is looking to expand its services further into Hertfordshire over the next 12 months.
