Derived from the popular Pop Luck competition, 3Music is back for an 8th consecutive year and the search is now on for talented young singers across Hertfordshire.

Inspirational Arts are working in partnership with East Herts District Council to give young talent the chance to step into the limelight with the 3music project culminating in a final showcase being held at The Forum in Hatfield.

The first stage of the project will launch at the end of March and Inspirational Arts will be looking for young singers aged between 11 and 19 years old to attend open auditions.

A great stepping stone into the competitive world of professional music, 3music gives young people the chance to shine and those successful at the auditions will be given the chance to work with industry experts and receive vocal tuition at workshops before being selected to perform at the final showcase.

With a selection of career enhancing prizes up for grabs from photo shoots and recording sessions, over the years 3Music has successfully acted as a starting block for many young performers seeking a career in the theatre and music industry.

Auditions are being held on:

  • Saturday March 26th at The Bowes Lyon Centre, Stevenage

  • Sunday March 27th at The Valle Academy, Cheshunt

  • Saturday April 2nd at The Forum, Hatfield

  • Sunday April 3rd at The Hertford Theatre, Hertford

To reserve an audition slot contestants need to email 3music@inspirationalarts.org.uk or complete the online application format www.inspirationalarts.org.uk
