The Harlequin finds shoppers their perfect Little Black Dress

The little black dress is a legendry style icon, designed to help women breeze through any occasion; no wardrobe is complete without a faithful LBD giving you the confidence to strut your way into the party season!

So, to help women find the ultimate style, shape and colour dress, The Harlequin Shopping Centre in Watfordwill be launching the Little Black Dress campaign from Thursday 20 until Sunday 23 October and its completely FREE of charge!

With hundreds of different dress styles and colours available on the high street, it can often be a daunting experience trying to find the perfect party dress thats right for you. From shift dresses to bodycons, halternecks to strapless; understanding how different styles accentuate different features can help transform your wardrobe and boost your self-esteem!

Inspired by the styles seen on the likes of Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger and Jennifer Aniston, The Harlequin Shopping Centre will be launching the Little Black Dress campaign to treat shoppers to a unique 30 minute styling experience for FREE, with expert stylists on hand to talk you through your dress style, plus the perfect underwear and accessories to complete your party look.

The styling pod will be located on the Lower Mall outside M&S and shoppers will be able to book their appointment at either in advance or on the day, to enjoy a one-to-one consultation with the LBD stylists who will ensure that they find the perfect little party dress! Once shoppers have found their killer look they will be given a unique styling card with product information so they can find exactly what they need from the stores. Shoppers will also be treated to a free gift when they show proof of a purchase from their Little Black Dress session. Plus, there will be an exclusive LBD guide containing top tips for finding the perfect dress, understanding your shape, celebrity inspirations, accessory trends and some fantastic retail offers..

Erin Walsh, Marketing Manager at The Harlequin comments, 'After the tremendous success of the Jean Genie campaign earlier this year, we are extremely excited to launch the Little Black Dress event. We like to provide our shoppers with a personal touch to make their shopping experience with us as exclusive and enjoyable as possible.

LBD Stylist Claire Wacey says, 'The little black dress is such an iconic item and many people feel the pressure of finding the perfect outfit. When picking a party outfit, its important to work with your body shape to complement curves or accentuate your frame. This season its all about furs, frills and femininity. There are styles to suit everyone including 70s chic, 1940s sophistication as well as gothic glamour and animal inspired prints. Little Black dress is about finding your perfect party look so if your chosen style isnt black, be bold and opt for a splash of crimson or royal blue to suit your individual image.'
