Photos of life during lockdown taken by Hertfordshire residents have been made into a film
A visual record of life during lockdown has been launched by Courtyard Arts in Hertford.
The compilation film of images entitled #LifeinLockdown Photography captures the personal views and unique circumstances of life during the Covid-19 pandemic. The film was put together by Paul Crowley of 366 Days of Photography and supported by East Herts District Council. ‘During the unique circumstances this Spring we invited people to share photos inspired by the phrase “life in lockdown”. The resulting film captures both the positive and the negative. A unique window into how people are spending their time during these strange days,’ said centre director Kate Davies. The arts centre has also published a gallery of children’s images capturing favourite things that have been keeping their spirits up during the restrictions. ‘We’re delighted with the results, which show that getting out into nature, being with our families and, of course, teddies are helping to keep us happy.’ said Kate.
