ANYONE seeking somewhere to open a new restaurant would probably look for a high street location, but Caroline Whitney is breaking new ground with 3Greens at Elstree Aerodrome.

ANYONE seeking somewhere to open a new restaurant would probably look for a high street location, but Caroline Whitney is breaking new ground with 3Greens at Elstree Aerodrome.
The restyled former airfield cafe is extending its dining options, with themed evenings and Sunday brunches adding to breakfast, lunch and tea.
Carolines background encompasses catering the wedding breakfast at Claridges for Prince Charles and Princess Diana and working for the Roux brothers and Pru Leith but said 3Greens appealed because it was a unique location and just the right size.
Forthcoming highlights include a charity quiz night on September 11 at 15 per person including two-course supper and a Diva Night with singer Beverley Cassidy on October 16 at 25 a head including three-course dinner.
