Ashridge appoints Master Chef

Ashridge House in Berkhamsted, which hosts regular fine-dining evenings as well as housing the Ashridge Business School, has named Paul Patterson as its new head chef
A believer in sustainability and using local produce, he brings a range of international experience to the table with previous positions in Monaco, Cape Town, Malta and the London Olympics.
Irish-born Patterson is a member of Master Chefs of Great Britain and a regular participant in cookery competitions. He succeeds Erick Moboti, who is now working in the Republic of the Congo.
