ASIA Restaurant, housed in the listed Old Post Office in St Albans, celebrates its first anniversary this month with a new version of its adventurous menu

ASIA Restaurant, housed in the listed Old Post Office in St Albans, celebrates its first anniversary this month with a new version of its adventurous menu, including a number of signature dishes from south-east Asia and the Orient as well as the Indian sub-continent.


Those in the first category include duck jungle curry prepared with Thai aubergine, bamboo shoots and mange tout, or squid stir fried with krachai and basil.


Indian sub-continent specials feature king prawn Balchao, a hot classic Goan curry with king prawn and onion, tomato, coconut and chilli.
