Hertfordshire Life has teamed up with the St Albans Chamber of Commerce to sponsor the Restaurant of the Year Award

FOR the second year running Hertfordshire Life has teamed up with the St Albans Chamber of Commerce to sponsor the Restaurant of the Year Award in the Chamber's annual business awards scheme.
The awards, in six categories, recognise outstanding contribution to the business community and are open to individuals and businesses whose business strategy encompasses policies and projects that have a positive impact on the St Albans district.
The awards are: New Business (sponsored by the University of Hertfordshire); Young Person (Oaklands College); Restaurant (Hertfordshire Life); Green Business (St Albans District Council); Corporate Social Responsibility; President's Award.

Tell us your favourite
We want to hear from you - nominate your favourite restaurant and you could win dinner for two people at the winning restaurant in our prize draw.
The top three restaurants from your nominations will be judged on value for money; diners' expectations met, cleanliness and good service and overall quality. Last year the 2008 restaurant award was won by Italian restaurant Cibo DiVino with Chez Mumtaj and The Goat Inn highly commended.


How to enter
To nominate your favourite restaurant tell us who you are nominating, and your reasons, and email the details along with your name, address and contact telephone number to clare.bourke@archant.co.uk or post to Hertfordshire Life Restaurant Award, PO Box 1322, Widmer End, High Wycombe HP15 6YW by July 31.
