HITCHIN and Watford have both welcomed Mediterranean flavours with the opening of two new Que Pasa bars.
Que Pasa bars, owned by Marston's PLC, aim to have an authentic Spanish feel, offering everything from tapas and cocktails to salsa dancing. The Watford bar, in the High Street, opened on September 7 while the Hitchin bar opened in the former Corn Exchange on October 12.
Breakfasts are available throughout the mornings, followed by a new lunch menu and in the evenings food is served until 10pm. Que Pasa brand manager Paul Wright said, 'We have a reputation for being passionate and flamboyant, whether we're serving morning coffee or one of our classic cocktails. These bars are a major investment for us and we're keen to get as much customer feedback as possible.'
