Recipe: Breakfast pineapple sage shake

‘A quick and easy energy lift at the start of the day, with a fruity pineapple herb twist’
Ingredients (1-2 glasses)
2 tbsp chopped fresh pineapple sage
1 pint semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Method (10 mins)
1. Put the banana in a blender.
2. Add the freshly chopped pineapple sage leaves and rolled oats and blitz for one minute.
3. Add the milk and nutmeg and blitz for a further minute until smooth.
4. Pour into chilled glasses. Enjoy!
