THE Brasserie at Sopwell House in St Albans has reopened following a £500,000 refurbishment
THE Brasserie at Sopwell House in St Albans has reopened following a 500,000 refurbishment with ambitions to become a 'hot new destination for those seeking somewhere different for drinks and a casual meal'.
Sopwell owner and proprietor Abraham Bejerano said, 'At a time when many companies are cutting back on services, we are bucking the trend by continuing to invest. We are proud to bring a new and exciting dining experience to people living in and around St Albans.'
The menu, under the supervision of executive chef James Chapman, ranges from the Sopwell House Burger, French onion soup and salmon fishcakes to lamb tagine and Thai chicken curry.
