The Which? Good Food Guide, has recognised The Fox at Willian for its excellent food and hospitality with an entry in the 2007 guide

DESCRIBED as the definitive restaurant handbook, The Which? Good Food Guide, has recognised The Fox at Willian for its excellent food and hospitality with an entry in the 2007 guide.
Owner Cliff Nye said: 'Our food is uncomplicated, of a very high standard and our ingredients are sourced from fresh local produce. The Which? Good Food Guide depends on recommendations and reader feedback, so in my mind this is an especially pleasing accolade.'
Similarly pleased, The Three Horseshoes restaurant on East Common, Harpenden, is also celebrating with an entry in the world famous Michelin Guide 2007. Restaurateur Barry Hillton, who only opened The Three Horseshoes two years ago,said: 'In your first few years you focus on finding out what the customer wants and delivering it. Recognition like this is something you dream of.'
