Wine-tasting 'triumph' for Dish

ROYSTON town-centre restaurant Dish has launched the first of a planned series of special events with a tasting evening in partnership with another local business, Cambridge Wine.

ROYSTON town centre restaurant Dish has launched the first of a planned series of special events with a tasting evening in partnership with another local business, Cambridge Wine.


Hosted by Emma Langmaid of Dish and Lisa Pilgrim from the wine company, the gathering featured a specially-designed four-course menu accompanied by a welcoming glass of rose on arrival. Guests went on to sample a white Bordeaux with the starter, three reds, including a Moulin dAngludet Margaux, with the mains and a Sauternes with dessert.


Dish manager Robin Mummery said, The event was a triumph, although a couple of sore heads may have followed the next morning.
