Linden Homes will unveil Mosaic, a collection of 259 apartments, in St Albans on Saturday 6th November. The city-style apartments have already witnessed strong interest from buyers looking for an affordable home in an exclusive commuter location.

Each of the contemporary apartments features open-plan layouts and built-in AEG energy efficient appliances. Many also have en suite bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace or balcony. Prices start at 160,000 for a studio apartment.
Mosaic is just two minutes walk from St Albans train station, with regular and fast trains to London St Pancras in 20 minutes and London Bridge in 40 minutes. Special Mosaic Men will be travelling with commuters in the run-up to the launch to give people more information about the development and a competition to win a new Apple iPad at the launch event. The apartments are also within easy reach of the M1, A1(M) and M25 motorways and are well-served by local transport.
St Albans has become one of the most popular towns in Hertfordshire with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and high street and independent stores.
