Workshop offers a new way of living for women who want to fly in life

Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel of Flying Inspiration will be holding one of her inspirational and highly acclaimed workshops Flying Solo - aimed specifically at women on Saturday 22nd October 2011 in Berkhamsted.

Gabriella, as featured in Spirit and Soul twice this year and most recently in Natural Health magazine, designed her workshops to help women of the 21st century feel great in their body, to be proud of it and to feel empowerment and, more importantly, happiness.

With todays frantic lifestyle of juggling a career and family life this can often prove difficult with misguided or confusing loyalties. Gabriella will share her secrets for learning how to live and enjoy life on different levels; physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual, and will give practical tips to use in their daily lives.

Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel Flying Solo workshop will be held on 22nd October at the Carmenta Life Centre, Chesham House, Church Lane, Berkhamsted, Herts HP4 2AX from 10am to 6pm. Remaining places are limited and being offered at the discounted price of 45 (normally 75).

For more information and to book a place, contact Gabriella Guglielminotti Trivel on 07796 306774, email: or visit
