FSB offers extra time for award winning businesses

The Federatiion of Small Businesses has offered an extra week's grace to budding award-winners in Hertfordshire. The deadline for entries to be submitted has been extended to May 11, 2012.

The Federatiion of Small Businesses has offered an extra weeks grace to budding award-winners in Hertfordshire.The deadline for entries to be submitted has been extended to May 11, 2012, giving business owners an extra precious few days to fine-tune their entries and be in with a chance to win not only the honour, but a fantastic 10,000 advertising prize from media partners.


Maree Atkinson, Business Adviser for the FSB said, We want to give Hertfordshire businesses the best possible chance to win.Our previous winners have enjoyed some fantastic benefits, including an average 30 per cent increase in business.


Any business in Hertfordshire either self employed or with up to 200 employees can enter up tothree categories out of the 19 available. Application forms and tips on entering the awards can be downloaded at www.fsb.org/hertsawards


Sponsors this year include local businesses My Incubator, Uprint, The Goldsmith Centre, TaxAssist Accountants, Hertfordshire LEP, Bullet Point Media, MyMustard, Environmental Population and Service Connect, as well asfive local councils, each of whom are sponsoring a business of the year category: East Herts, Stevenage, North Herts, St Albans and Dacorum.
