ALESHA Dixon is the face of this years Variety Club Gold Heart Appeal campaign.
The singer and Strictly Come Dancing judge, who lives in Welwyn Garden City, has designed the 19th limited edition Gold Heart badge, which is now for sale across the UK.
Money raised will go towards The Variety Club one of the UKs longest running charities dedicated to sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.
This years design features the classic gold finish and Aleshas signature. Alesha said, The Variety Club is a fantastic charity helping so many thousands of children and young people every year regardless of whether they are sick, have mobility problems, are disabled or come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Im so happy to be involved in this Gold Heart campaign, where every badge you buy will make a real difference to someones life. And remember just three badges will pay for an unforgettable day out for one of our young people. Have a heart, help a child.
The Variety Clubs Gold Heart Badges are now available and selling throughout 2010 in all Co-operative stores, H Samuel branches, Cineworld, Odeon and across all AHG/MWB venues including Malmaison, Liberty, Greens Health & Fitness, DeVere Venues and Village Hotels in addition to local retailers and from the Variety Club website, for a suggested minimum donation of 1.
