Safe parking at Harlequin in Watford

THE Harlequin shopping centre in Watford has been awarded the Safer Parking Award for all seven of its car parks for yet another year.

THE Harlequin shopping centre in Watford has been awarded the Safer Parking Award for all seven of its car parks for yet another year.
The initiative and award, set by the Association of Chief Police Officers, is aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities, with a special Park Mark awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police.
After this years assessment The Harlequins seven car parks can safely boast measures to help deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, whilst showing dedication to doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in the facility.
Michael Stevens, Centre Manager at The Harlequin, said, The safety of our shoppers is of vital importance to us.
